The Atlanta
Botanical Garden

Mommy and I spent the morning at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
We had a wonderful time wandering through their children's garden. They have really done a nice job. There are so many beautiful flowers to see and smell,
and there is so much for children to do. We loved every minute. Mommy's favorite part was the Beatrix Potter garden, but mine was the waterfall. If you'll
notice, the last picture on this page is of my shadow. Well, that was me on my way INTO the pond (under the waterfall). It was really a lot of fun, but Mommy seemed a bit disturbed. I am not totally sure why.

This is the frog that is reading "The Tale of Peter Rabbit"

Look, Mommy! There is a Mommy frog reading a book to the baby, just like you do."

"Bit-Bit-Bit-Bit"
Translation "Ribbit, Ribbit, Ribbit"

 I love this story.

Mommy thought this was pretty neat.

Now what?

This is where Peter lives with his sisters: Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail. It really is very cozy. A little small, but hey- they are rabbits.

This way to Mr. McGregor's Garden

Yummy stuff!

This is the watering pitcher where Peter hides.

Oh look, here is his jacket and his pair of shoes. He really should have listened to his mommy.

Ok, I am ready for the next adventure.

This is the dinosaur garden.

We saw lots of fossils here.

What are all these crazy animals doing?

I had no idea that cows brushed their teeth and wore pants!

You are really supposed to brush with a circular motion.

Do you need a little help with that?

Beep, got your nose. I mean beak.

Look how tall I am Mommy!

Now this would be a great place to take a shower... maybe I will try getting a little wet before I leave...

I had no idea that I was so darn funny looking!

Isn't this pretty.

I am going to touch every single flower.

 "Bee!!!!!"

Wow, what is this? What do you mean you don't know Mommy?

Here I am, about to take the plunge into the lovely waterfall/pond that Mommy was just getting ready to take a picture of. By the time she fished me out, every single part of my body was absolutely soaked to the bone. Mommy stripped all my clothes off, put on my coat and hat, and wrapped me in her sweater. Then, we got out of there super fast! Why do you think she was in such a hurry?
